Please allow 3 - 15 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. Please note that the processing of your order(s) is dependent on the popularity/ demand of the item(s). Some items take no more than 3 days to ship out, in other cases, it may take a little bit longer. However, please be guaranteed that we work closely with our partner merchants to ensure that every order is shipped out within the specified processing and production time. 

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
WXRTHY partners with global merchants and artisans from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, you item may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest.
